Transcript Submission
Many students join ARHS unsure whether they can find their old transcripts, and that is completely normal. We assist students with this process every day, and you are welcome to begin the program even if you are still working on gathering your records. Our goal is to make transferring credits simple, supportive, and stress-free.
Submitting Transcripts You Already Have
If you have access to transcripts, report cards, or other school records, you may upload them during enrollment or email them to our support team. Unofficial copies are acceptable for the initial review, which keeps the process moving without delays. If we need official records later, we will let you know.Once your documents are received, our academic team begins reviewing them to determine which credits can be applied toward your diploma. Most evaluations are completed within two to five business days.
If You Need Help Requesting Your Records
If you do not have your transcripts, you are not alone. Many adult learners have not seen their school records in years. Our staff can guide you through each step of locating them, including:
Identifying and contacting your former school
Requesting copies of your records
Finding information if a school has closed, changed names, or merged with another district
We will walk you through what to say, who to contact, and how to follow up so the process feels manageable.
Why Transcripts Matter
Transcripts help us understand your previous academic work and determine how many credits can transfer. When credits are accepted, they are added to your graduation plan and reduce the number of courses you need to take. This shortens your program and may also lower your tuition through our transferable credit discount. Most importantly, it ensures you do not repeat coursework you have already completed.

You do not need to wait for transcripts to enroll. You can begin the program today and submit documents whenever you are ready. After your transcripts arrive and are evaluated, we update your graduation plan and provide a revised tuition total if transferable credits are applied.
