Terms of Service

Welcome to American Royal High School (“ARHS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in our school or using our website, student portal, and related services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our platforms.This means you may finish your diploma sooner and at a lower cost.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ARHS Services, you confirm that you are at least sixteen years old or the parent/guardian of a student who meets our enrollment requirements, and that you agree to comply with these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our Services.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

Enrollment is open to individuals sixteen or older. Students must provide accurate personal information during the enrollment process. ARHS reserves the right to approve or deny enrollment at its discretion.

3. Payment and Tuition

Tuition fees must be paid according to the payment option selected at enrollment. Students are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and updated.

Failure to make payments may result in:

Account suspension
Delayed progress
Removal from the program

No diploma or transcript will be issued until all financial obligations are met.

4. Student Account Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
Ensuring all coursework submitted is their own
Keeping contact information up to date
Using the platform in a lawful and respectful manner

Any unauthorized use of an account should be reported immediately.

5. Course Access and Program Format

ARHS provides online, self-paced courses. Students have access to the learning platform as long as they maintain good standing and meet financial obligations. ARHS may update, modify, or replace course materials as needed to ensure educational quality.

6. Academic Requirements

Graduation is contingent upon successfully completing required credits and meeting ARHS academic standards. Credit transfer evaluations are conducted by ARHS staff and final determinations are made at the school’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, text, graphics, videos, and digital assets on the ARHS platform are owned by ARHS or licensed for use. Students may not download, distribute, copy, or reproduce content for purposes outside personal educational use.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Students agree not to:
Submit fraudulent or plagiarized work
Share login credentials
Attempt to access or alter system data
Harass or abuse staff or other students
Use ARHS content for commercial purposes

Violation may result in disciplinary action or dismissal.

9. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for having access to a device and internet connection capable of supporting online coursework. ARHS is not responsible for technical issues caused by third-party devices or service providers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ARHS provides Services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free. We strive to maintain a reliable system but cannot ensure flawless performance at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

ARHS is not liable for damages arising from:
Platform interruptions
Delayed progress
Use or misuse of the website
Actions taken based on advice or information provided

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for tuition.

12. Termination of Access

ARHS reserves the right to suspend or terminate student accounts for:
Violations of these terms
Academic dishonesty
Abusive behavior
Failure to pay tuition

Students may request reinstatement depending on circumstances.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The effective date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use of ARHS Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
