American Royal High School maintains continuous enrollment throughout the program. This agreement is for the program below.
III. Total Charges
Application Fee: The Application Fee for all programs is $50.00 and is Non-Refundable.
Tuition Per Course: $400.00 per Bachelor level course. $500.00 per Master level course. $550.00 per Doctoral level course. $650.00 per Dotoral Project course.
Total Tuition (Estimated): $12,000.00 for a Bachelor program. $5,500.00 for a Master program. $7,700.00 for a Doctoral program.
**Book Expenses (Estimated): $2,250.00 for a Bachelor program. $1,100.00 for a Master program. $1,500.00 for a Doctoral program. These are Non-Refundable.
Graduation Fee: $200.00 for any academic level. This is Non-Refundable.
Total Charges (Estimated): $14,500.00 for a Bachelor program. $6,850.00 for a Master program. $10,100.00 for a Doctoral program.
Total Period Charges (Estimated): $450.00 for a Bachelor program. $550.00 for a Master program. $600.00 for a Doctoral program.
Total Charges to be Paid Upon Enrollment (Estimated): $450.00 for a Bachelor program. $550.00 for a Master program. $600.00 for a Doctoral program.
* Students will purchase books from any third party vendor according to the vendor's guidelinesand refund polices, and at the student's responsibility. The School does not sell books directly.
For Accelerated Programs : Application Fee: The Application Fee for all programs is $50.00 and is Non-Refundable.
Tuition : $3500 ,graduation fees : $200 .
Legally Binding This agreement is legally binding when signed by the student and accepted by American Royal High School (ARHS).
Online Disclosure When tuition for a course(s) is paid by the student within in 72 hours the student is issued a ARHS number and password for access to the online restricted classroom. The classroom contains the syllabi, assignment/lessons and exams. Any textbooks required for the course(s) are the students responsibility to order and purchase. Students have the right to cancel any course(s) and receive a full refund within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the “new student notification” emailed to the student containing the ARHS number and password and course(s) information paid to access the online restricted classroom. Any books purchased by the student for the course(s) is the student’s responsibility to return and obtain a refund. All assignments/lessons and exams are accessed through the online restricted classroom at the American Royal High School website. After the 31st day of the receipt of the “new student notification” emailed to the student, there is no refund. Please refer to refund policy.
Student's Right to Cancel The student has the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and obtain a refund of all charges paid through attendance at the first class session, or the 7th day after enrollment, whichever is later.
Refund Policy Refunds are granted in accordance with the refund policy listed herein. The school shall issue a refund via postal mail to the applicant as outlined herein within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Signed Notice of Cancellation Form. The form is available in the Student Online Classroom, which you may access using your ARHS user ID and password. Day 16 through 30 from Registering Into a Course/Degree: 50% Refund Day 31 and above from Registering Into a Course/Degree: 0% Refund Please Note: “days” are calendar days. Applicant understands the fifty dollar ($50) required application fees and Graduation Fees are non-refundable. Students who received federal student financial aid funds are entitled to a refund of moneys not paid from federal student financial aid program funds
Loans If the student obtains a loan to pay for an educational program, the student will have the responsibility to repay the full amount of the loan plus interest, less the amount of any refund. If the student is eligible for a loan guaranteed by the federal or state government and the student defaults on the loan, both of the following may occur: (1) The federal or state government or loan guarantee agency may take action against the student, including applying any income tax refund to which the person is entitled to reduce the balance owed on the loan, and (2) The student may not be eligible for any other federal student financial aid at another institution or other government assistance until the loan is repaid.
Transfer Credits "NOTICE CONCERNING TRANSFERABILITY OF CREDITS AND CREDENTIALS EARNED AT OUR INSTITUTION" The transfer ability of credits you earn at American Royal High School is at the complete discretion of an institution to which you may seek to transfer. Acceptance of the (degree, diploma, or certificate) you earn in (name of educational program) is also at the complete discretion of the institution to which you may seek to transfer. If the (credits or degree, diploma, or certificate) that you earn at this institution are not accepted at the institution to which you seek to transfer, you may be required to repeat some or all of your coursework at that institution. For this reason, you should make sure that your attendance at this institution will meet your educational goals. This may include contacting an institution to which you may seek to transfer after attending American Royal High School to determine if your (credits or degree, diploma or certificate) will transfer."
